Taking time for yourself is one of the most important yet most forgotten things to put on your to-do list so here are 5 easy ways you can make time for yourself this week. 

 

 

1. Journal
Writing in a journal can be relaxing and a great way to get all of those thoughts out. 


2. Take a hot bath
Take some you time in the bath. Light some candles and silence the phone(after all, it is probably a bad idea to answer emails and talk on the phone anyway)


3. Spa Day
Let someone else take care of you by taking a spa day. A massage, a pedicure, or a facial are a great way to escape.

4. At Home Spa Day
Pick up your favorite face mask and book and relax for a couple hours.


5. Most importantly….schedule this time for yourself.
If you write this on your to-do list or plan it into your schedule, you are more likely to follow it and get the self-care you deserve.
